What SDRclose is

SDRclose is a complete outbound workflow in one product: building a list of the right people, learning something specific about each of them, writing an email worth answering, sending it at a safe pace, and handling the reply.

It is built for teams that want outbound to sound like a person wrote it. Every prospect is researched before a word is drafted, and your team decides how much of the process runs on its own.

How it works

The product runs one loop, from first contact to booked meeting. Each step can be reviewed by a person before it moves on.

1. Find. Search for prospects by title, seniority, headcount, location, and industry, or import a CSV. Records are enriched by our prospect data provider. See Lead mining.
2. Research. Each prospect is researched from public web sources before drafting. The notes are saved on the lead. See Smart research.
3. Write. Each step is drafted from the research and your workspace controls for tone, call to action, and subject style. Any step can use a hand-written template that is never rewritten. See Sequences.
4. Review. Drafts wait in a review queue, and approving a draft sends it. Autopilot is a per-sequence choice with separate switches for sending, replying, and booking.
5. Send from your own mailboxes. Mail leaves through the mailboxes you connect, such as Gmail, Microsoft 365, or Zoho, with rotation, sending caps, warmup, and health monitoring built in.
6. Read replies. Replies are detected, classified, and routed to a unified inbox. A reply, bounce, or unsubscribe stops the sequence for that contact. See Reply detection.
7. Book. When enabled, SDRclose answers interested replies in your voice, offers real times from your calendar, and books the meeting. Anything else is handed to a person.

Our principles

• Nothing sends without approval by default. The review queue is on for every new sequence. Your team switches automation on, one sequence at a time.
• No shared sending pool. Every message leaves from a mailbox your team owns. Your mailboxes and your reputation stay yours.
• Your data stays yours. Export everything held on your account, or delete the account outright, from Settings at any time.
• Third parties described by category, named on request. Our Sub-processors page lists every category of provider that touches customer data. The named list is available on request.
• Human review at every step you choose. A person can always inspect, edit, or stop what the product is about to do.

SDRclose is a product of BiopharmaWatch LLC, a United States limited liability company. The company builds software for teams that would rather send fewer, better emails than more of the usual ones.

Support is provided by the SDRclose team by written message during business hours, in English. We do not currently offer a contractual SLA. See Security for how customer data is protected and Legal for the terms that govern the service.
