Lead mining

Find, enrich and save the prospects you actually sell to

Describe who you sell to with a handful of filters. SDRclose pulls matching prospects from our prospect data provider, enriches each one with a work email and firmographics, and saves the result to your lead database, ready for a sequence.

Find the right prospects

Instead of writing boolean search strings, you set filters that describe your ideal customer, choose how many prospects to pull, and run the search. Matching people are enriched and saved in one step, so the list you see is a list you can contact.

The filters live on your workspace, which SDRclose calls a space. Once a search returns the right kind of person, the same targeting is reused on every later run, and by auto-mining when you turn it on. Start with a small batch, read the results, then widen the filters or raise the limit.

Every saved lead lands in your lead database with a status of imported. From there you can add it to a list, tag it, send it to Smart research for a personalization pass, or enroll it in a sequence.

Filters

Targeting is built from a small set of filters that combine to describe a buyer, not a company. Each filter narrows the pool.

  • Job title: the roles you sell to, matched against the prospect's current title
  • Seniority: the level of the buyer, from individual contributor to executive
  • Company headcount: employee-count ranges, so you reach the size of company your offer fits
  • Location: country, region or city
  • Industry keywords: short keyword terms that describe the industries you target

What a saved lead contains

A lead is more than a name and an address. Each record carries the fields you will filter, score and personalize on, plus the complete enrichment record from our prospect data provider so nothing returned is discarded.

  • First and last name as the source reports them
  • Work email, together with the verification status our provider assigns to it
  • Job title and company
  • Company headcount, industry and location
  • LinkedIn profile URL where the record has one
  • The complete enrichment record, stored on the lead for later use

Auto-mining

A daily sending target needs a daily supply of new people. Auto-mining runs on a schedule and tops up a sequence with fresh prospects each day, stopping at the daily number you set for that sequence.

Auto-mining keeps its place in the results between runs, so each day surfaces new prospects rather than the same first page. You control whether it runs at all, how many leads per day it may add, and which sequence receives them. New leads follow the normal path: they enter the sequence and its drafts wait in the review queue until you approve them or switch on autopilot for that sequence.

CSV import and export

If you already have a list, import it. Upload a CSV with a header row and SDRclose maps the columns, recognizing common header variants. Rows that lack a required field are skipped, so a partial file never creates half-formed leads.

  • Required headers: firstName, lastName, email, title, company
  • Optional headers: website, linkedinUrl, phone
  • Export: the leads currently in view, as CSV, at any time
  • Export columns: name, email, title, company, status, lead score, website, LinkedIn, phone

Lists, tags, lead scoring and Hot leads

Leads are organized with lists and tags. A list groups prospects for a campaign or segment; tags add cross-cutting labels such as a trade show or a persona. Both can be used to select who goes into a sequence.

Lead scoring ranks the prospects you hold using your own workspace data, so the people most worth your time sort to the top. The Hot leads view shows the highest-scoring prospects in one place so you can work the best ones first.

Any single lead can be deleted from the lead table. Addresses on your do-not-contact list stay suppressed regardless.

Scope and data source

Prospect data comes from a third-party business-contact data provider. SDRclose is not a proprietary contact database, and a record is only as current as the provider's record of that person.

  • Email status is passed through. SDRclose does not verify addresses independently. A verified status from the provider is a strong signal, not a guarantee of delivery.
  • No LinkedIn scraping or social automation. SDRclose does not scrape profiles, send connection requests or automate any social network.
  • No phone or SMS. SDRclose is an email product. Phone numbers imported from a CSV are stored for reference and never dialed.
  • Lead scoring uses your own data. It ranks the leads you already hold and is not third-party intent data.
  • Mining never sends anything. Saving a lead and emailing that lead are two separate, deliberate steps, and nothing sends without approval until autopilot is switched on for a sequence.

Credits

Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance, priced per workspace rather than per seat. Mining a lead costs 3 credits. Researching a lead is a further 3 credits, and each generated email or reply is 1 credit, so fully working one prospect takes about 8 to 10 credits.

Starter includes 7,500 credits a month and Professional 15,000. On annual billing the twelve months of credits arrive in one grant at the start of the year rather than monthly. Unused plan credits do not carry into the next billing period, and top-up packs that do not expire with the period are available when a campaign needs more. Plans, allowances and top-up prices are listed on the Pricing page. The 7-day trial requires a card, includes 50 credits so the product can be tried end to end, and charges nothing until the trial ends. The full monthly allowance is granted with the first payment.
