System status
This page checks the SDRclose application and its data services live from your browser each time it loads.
Running the check.
What this page checks
The check above runs the moment the page loads and again whenever you reload it. It confirms that the SDRclose application is answering requests and that the application can reach its database. If both checks pass, the platform can serve sign-ins, sequences, sending and reply detection.
The check covers the SDRclose platform only. It does not test your mailbox provider. If a mailbox stops accepting connections, the platform will still show as operational here, and the problem will appear instead under mailbox health inside the app, where each connected mailbox reports its own state and alerts you when something changes.
- Application API: whether the platform responds to requests, and how quickly.
- Database connectivity: whether the application can read and write its data.
- Run from your browser on every load, with no cached result.
Service notices
We do not yet publish uptime history or a historical incident log. Notices about maintenance, service changes and resolved incidents are posted in the Changelog, alongside product updates.
If your own sending appears to have stopped while this page shows the platform as operational, the usual causes are inside the account rather than the platform: a mailbox that has hit its daily or hourly cap, a mailbox that is still in warmup and therefore held out of cold sending, a draft waiting in the review queue because autopilot is off for that sequence, or a prospect who replied or bounced and was removed from the sequence on purpose. Mailbox health and the review queue in the app will show which applies.
Reporting a problem
If the check above reports a problem, or something in the app is not behaving as documented, tell us through the contact form. Include the sequence or mailbox affected and roughly when the problem started, and paste any error text the app showed you. Those details usually let the team diagnose the issue in a single reply.
Support is provided by the SDRclose team by written message during business hours, in English. We do not currently offer a contractual SLA.
