Best 11x Alternatives in 2026 (Including One Under $100)
11x publishes no pricing and third parties estimate about $5,000 a month on a twelve month contract. Here are eight alternatives compared by price, contract length and how much control you keep over mailboxes and copy.

Most people searching for an 11x alternative are not shopping on features. They either could not get past the price, which 11x does not publish, or they read the March 2025 reporting about customer logos and churn and decided they wanted a smaller commitment. Either way the practical question is the same: what else does this job, at what price, on what contract, and how much control do you keep?
We build SDRclose, so we compete with 11x and with most of the tools below. To keep this fair, no 11x price here is presented as official, because 11x publishes none. Competitor prices are labeled official or reported with a date, criticisms are attributed to the publication or reviewers who made them, and there is a real section on when 11x is the better choice.
Key takeaways
- 11x publishes no pricing. Third party estimates put it near $5,000 a month billed annually, with a $50,000 to $60,000 first year commitment, implementation above $3,000 and no trial.
- The query is driven by reporting: TechCrunch found companies listed as customers that said they were not, and cited a former employee alleging 70 to 80% churn, which 11x disputed.
- Alternatives split cleanly into three bands: enterprise agents above $2,500 a month, mid tier agents at $250 to $900, and per workspace software at $39 to $69.
- Contract shape matters as much as price. Annual commitments, quarterly billing and undisclosed three month minimums all appear in this category.
- Ask who owns the sending domains and mailboxes. If the vendor owns them, your sending reputation leaves when you do.
- Roundups increasingly conclude that human in the loop beats full autonomy, so a review queue is a feature, not a limitation.
Why teams search for an 11x alternative
On March 24, 2025, TechCrunch reported that ZoomInfo said it had only run a one month trial with 11x, was never a paying customer, did not authorize use of its logo and had threatened legal action. Airtable said its brief late 2024 trial was "never used in production" while its logo was still displayed as of March 21, 2025. ZoomInfo also told the publication the product "performed significantly worse than our SDR employees."
The same article reported a former employee saying "We were losing 70-80% of customers that came through the door." 11x responded that its "retention rate is currently 79%" and that it reports contracted ARR. Both statements are in the record, and a buyer should weigh them together rather than pick one.
Six weeks later, TechCrunch reported that the founder chief executive stepped down, with more than $70 million raised across a Benchmark led Series A and an Andreessen Horowitz led Series B. None of that means the product cannot work. It does explain why the search volume for an 11x alternative exists, and why buyers now ask harder questions about contract length.
Practitioner reports are mixed to negative. In the threads collected on r/sales, an r/b2bmarketing user wrote that "11x we also tried but it was incredibly underwhelming and lead to pretty much 0 results," and a comparison thread notes "You can connect only one email account." Treat those as individual experiences, not measurements.
The wider 2026 mood is the same. An r/AskGTM thread titled "Everyone bought AI SDRs in 2025. In 2026 the churn numbers came due," in the same collection, describes reported churn in the 70 to 80 percent range across AI SDR buyers rather than at a single vendor. Category level churn is what happens when buyers expect a replacement for a person and receive a drafting tool, which is an expectations problem as much as a software one.
11x pricing: what is known and what is only estimated
11x's homepage, fetched September 5, 2026, contains no pricing. Every call to action is a live demo request. The products are Alice for outbound and Julian for inbound phone, and the site claims a 9.7% reply rate for one named customer alongside $70 million or more raised (11x).
| Source | Reported figure | Date |
|---|---|---|
| Breakout | About $5,000/mo billed annually, $50,000 to $60,000 first year, implementation above $3,000, twelve month term, no trial | Updated September 5, 2026 |
| Landbase | Starter about $5,000/mo for roughly 3,000 contacts, Growth $6,500 to $8,500, Enterprise $10,000+, Julian adds $4,000 to $6,000, onboarding $2,500 to $7,500 | April 7, 2026 |
| Vendr data via Landbase | Median annual contract about $40,125, range $38,250 to $65,550 | April 2026 |
| r/techsales | "starts at $40k and has a 3 months pilot that costs $10k" | 2026 |
Every figure above is an estimate published by someone other than 11x: Breakout, Landbase and the r/techsales comment collected on r/sales. Prices as of September 2026. The only safe conclusion is that this is a five figure annual decision, which is a different kind of purchase from a monthly subscription you can cancel in a quarter. Our AI SDR pricing comparison puts those numbers next to every published plan in the category.
Convert the estimates into cash flow before you compare anything. At Breakout's figures, year one lands between $50,000 and $60,000 including implementation, which is roughly $4,200 to $5,000 a month with most of it committed on day one. A $69 per workspace plan is $828 for the same twelve months, and you can stop paying in month two. That is more than a 60 times difference in first year exposure, so the question is not which tool is better in the abstract but whether the managed version returns 60 times more meetings.

Enterprise tier alternatives: Artisan, AiSDR Scale and Qualified
If the reason you are leaving 11x is the product rather than the price, the like for like replacements are still expensive.
Artisan (Ava) is the closest analogue: a managed agent with sourcing, writing, LinkedIn and a dialer. It also does not publish prices. 11x's own guide lists an Employee tier at $600 a month billed annually with 30,000 credits and about 20 to 25 credits consumed per prospect, notes credits do not roll over, that sending infrastructure is billed separately and that meaningful results take two to three months. SalesRobot reports a different ladder entirely, Free, $280 and $660. We go deeper in our Artisan AI alternatives breakdown.
AiSDR Scale at $2,500 a month gives 2,500 researched contacts, 6 domains, 18 mailboxes and 20 LinkedIn accounts, and it is the only vendor in this band that publishes its numbers. The catch is billing: Explore and Scale bill quarterly and there is no free trial, so the smallest real commitment is $2,700. That trade off is covered in AiSDR alternatives.
Qualified is a different shape, weighted toward inbound conversion on your website rather than cold outbound, and Swan reports $42,000 to $68,000 a year. If your pipeline problem is actually inbound response speed, it is worth a look, but it is not an outbound sequencer.
Mid tier alternatives: Reply.io Jason, Salesforge Agent Frank and Regie
Reply.io Jason is an AI SDR bolted onto a mature outreach platform, reported at $500 a month on annual billing or $800 monthly, rising to $1,500 to $2,500 on Growth, and not bundled into the outreach plans. Reviewers also report a three month minimum that is not clearly disclosed and no built in warmup (SalesRobot, June 2026).
Salesforge Agent Frank is reported at $499 to $599 a month flat, which makes it one of the simpler mid tier bills. One r/coldemail user who ran a 30 day test reported "5 calls in 3 weeks, most of them legit fits," while noting "personalization fell flat for complex accounts" (r/coldemail). That is a fair summary of the band: workable output, generic on hard accounts.
Regie.ai is reported at $59 per user per month by Swan and $180 per user per month with a ten seat minimum by Cleanlist. When two 2026 roundups differ that much, assume the low number is an older plan and get a quote in writing.
The under $100 alternative: a per workspace agent with a review queue
The band no roundup covers is under $100 a month. Artisan's own cost of an AI SDR article from July 2026 lists seven vendors and none below $100. That gap is where SDRclose sits, at $39 a month billed annually or $49 monthly with 7,500 credits, and $69 or $89 for 15,000 credits, priced per workspace rather than per seat (our prices as of September 2026).
Four differences matter more than the price when you are replacing an enterprise agent.
- Your mailboxes, not ours. Sending runs over standard SMTP and IMAP from mailboxes you already own on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or another provider, up to 12 rotated with per mailbox daily and hourly caps, minimum gaps between sends and a guard that refuses to cold send from a mailbox that is still warming. Domain reputation you build stays yours.
- A review queue by default. Nothing sends without approval until you choose otherwise. Autopilot is opt in per sequence, and auto reply and auto booking are separate switches, which is the human in the loop model that 2026 roundups keep concluding outperforms full autonomy (Autobound).
- Reply handling that does something. Inboxes are checked about every minute; a reply stops that lead's sequence; replies are classified as interested, not interested, out of office, bounce or automatic; out of office return dates are parsed and the follow up resumes on the next business day; hard bounces stop the sequence and are not counted as replies. See reply detection and sequences.
- No annual lock in. A 7 day trial, no charge today, card required, cancel any time. Compare that with a twelve month term and an implementation fee.
Credits make the cost per prospect legible. Mining a lead costs 3 credits, research costs 3, and each email or auto reply sent costs 1, so a prospect worked through a four step sequence is about 10 credits. A 7,500 credit month is therefore around 750 worked prospects; annual billing grants all twelve months at once, unused plan credits do not carry into the next period, and purchased top up credits do carry over. Compare that with Artisan's reported 20 to 25 credits per prospect on credits that are reported not to roll over.
The honest limitation: this is email first. There is no dialer and no LinkedIn automation in the same sequence, so if multichannel is the requirement, one of the tiers above fits better. There is also no account team assigned to your deployment, because the price does not carry one.
When to pick 11x instead
There are real cases for it. Pick 11x if you want a managed agent with an account team rather than software you configure, if you need inbound phone answering alongside outbound and Julian's coverage is genuinely useful, if you have an operations owner with the time to run a deployment through a two to three month ramp, and if a five figure annual commitment is small relative to the deal sizes it targets.
Enterprise procurement also buys things a $39 plan does not: security reviews, contractual SLAs, a named point of contact and a roadmap conversation. If those are on your checklist, the smaller tools in this category, ours included, will lose that comparison on paper. Just get the numbers in writing before the pilot, including implementation, contract length, what happens to domains you sourced through the vendor, and whether pilot fees credit against the annual.
How to evaluate any AI SDR in a 7 day trial
A week is enough if you test the right things. Run the same 50 prospect list through every candidate and score these, in order.
- Targeting. Can it filter by title, seniority, headcount, location and industry, and does it find new people daily rather than showing the same page of results?
- Research quality. Open five prospect records and read the notes. Is there a specific, checkable fact with a source, or a paraphrase of the company's homepage?
- Copy. Read ten drafts unedited. Count the tells: em dashes, "I hope this email finds you well", "synergy", and the rest of the stock filler. Our outbound filter strips that vocabulary before a draft reaches the queue, which matters because 69% of decision makers told Hunter's State of Email Outreach 2026 they are bothered by AI written emails.
- Control. Can you lock a hand written template for step one and let the tool generate steps two and three? Can you approve before sending?
- Reply handling. Send yourself an out of office and a bounce from a test address. Does the tool classify them correctly, pause the right lead, and resume after the return date, or does it count them as replies and inflate your stats?
- Exit cost. Ask who owns the domains and mailboxes, whether credits expire, and how you export leads and history.
If a vendor cannot let you run that test without signing an annual contract, that is data too. You can run all six against SDRclose on a 7 day trial, and the plan details are on the pricing section.
Frequently asked questions
Is 11x worth it for a small team?
Rarely, on cost alone. Third party estimates put 11x near $5,000 a month billed annually with a first year commitment of $50,000 to $60,000 and implementation fees above $3,000. A team of two to ten people spending that on outbound software is usually better served by a per workspace tool at $39 to $69 a month plus budget for domains and list quality.
How much does 11x cost?
11x does not publish pricing, and its homepage offers only a demo request. Breakout estimates about $5,000 a month billed annually with a $50,000 to $60,000 first year commitment and no trial. Landbase reports tiers from roughly $5,000 to above $10,000 a month plus $2,500 to $7,500 onboarding. Treat all of these as third party estimates.
Did 11x really lose 70 to 80% of its customers?
That figure comes from a former employee quoted by TechCrunch in March 2025, who said the company was losing 70 to 80% of customers that came through the door. 11x disputed the characterization and said its retention rate was 79% at the time. Both statements are on the record, so weigh them together rather than treating either as settled.
What is the cheapest 11x alternative?
The cheapest credible alternatives are per workspace tools in the $39 to $69 a month range, which cover mining, research, writing, sequencing and reply handling while sending from mailboxes you already pay for. Below that you are buying a sequencer with no research layer, which is a different product and usually needs a separate data subscription.
Can an AI SDR send from my own mailboxes instead of managed domains?
Yes. Tools that connect over standard SMTP and IMAP send from mailboxes you own on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or another provider, which keeps domain reputation with you when you switch vendors. Managed agents often supply domains and inboxes instead, so ask who holds those assets and what happens to them when the contract ends.
